I started ReSET Gym after working for a local leisure centre gym. I was trained up to do GP referrals and with the lack of funding required to take it forward I decided to coach people privately.
With a Princes Trust donation and a small business loan I went for it in 1998 - and along with a few bumps in the road I'm still coaching and loving it.
With four children and a business to run life is never quiet but I would n't have it any other way.
