Small Group / Semi Private Training
his is the best and most affordable way to get some coaching from our Personal Trainers. With our flexibility of mornings, lunchtimes and evening sessions you will be able to fit all your training needs into your busy week.
We offer memberships based on two and three sessions a week as well as short courses of 6 weeks if you are after a shorter term goal for that special occasion or holiday.
Each package will provide you with assessments, food guides, recipe books, fitness tests and small group personal training. You won't have to think about what your doing because we'll be doing that for you. Just turn up, do as you're told and leave feeling great. Simple but effective.

Group Personal Training
ur Group Personal Training sessions allow you to work under the supervision of one of our professional Personal Trainiers in the company of others. No longer do you need to worry about how to program the machines or trying to remember what weights to use and whether you are doing the exercise correctly. Group sizes are kept to a maximum of 8 so you never feel crowded.
Our Group Personal Training programmes are fun and are great if you're working towards a goal such as getting fit for skiing or weight loss.
